TO BE A LEADER ...
In order to be a leader one must want to promote or to serve others. All great leaders serve. The best leaders are always serving leaders. A serving leader is a person of character who also possesses certain skills. This program will teach you communication skills, leadership skills and give you the opportunity to practice these in a friendly non-threatening environment.

THE ELEMENTS OF SERVING:
SEE THE FUTURE:
Leaders are preoccupied with the future because, fundamentally, leadership is about taking people somewhere. Questions we ask leaders to consider: What is it that you are trying to become? What is it that you are trying to achieve? What is it that you are trying to accomplish? Where is it that you are trying to go? What's that next mountian thatyou want to climb? Because you want people to follow you, they need to know where you are going.
ENGAGE AND DEVELOPE OTHERS:
We think you need to start with good people. Once you have them, the leader has an opportunity to create an environment where people are growing and being developed. Raised their level of engagement - people want to belong to something. The best leaders develop other people.
REINVENT CONTINUOUSLY:
This communicates clearly what great leaders have done through out time. They want to make things better. Great leaders reinvent themselves, the systems and processes, and structure so as to enable, not inhibit.
VALUE RESULTS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
These go hand-in-hand. You need to drive and push for the results without sacrificing the relationships.
EMBODY THE VALUES:
We believe that all true leadership is really built on trust. One way to invoke trust is to live what you believe in. As a leader, your tean is looking at you and what you do.
