I will develop myself in a positive manner. I will develop self control.
I will use common defense before self defense. I will live by the rules of a Black Belt.

Little Ninjas

The Little Ninja program is an age-specific curriculum that is professionally designed to teach children 8 important life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner.

More than just kicking and punching
As well as keeping your child physically fit and showing them the benefits of good behavior, our program will also help them see the value of teamwork, good manners and always trying their best.

Family Values
At this point the children are encouraged to respond to their instructors by their proper names such as Sensei, Mr., Ms, Sir, or Mašam. This very often spills over into their home and school environments showing the child to be extremely polite and well mannered.

Personal development
Stranger Danger, how to dial 911, Fire Safety and Street Safety are parts of the Little Ninja program.

Positive reinforcement
No student leaves our class without either a sticker or a stripe thus giving them a feeling of accomplishment and a job well done.

Eight Major Life Skills
Focus: This skill will help your child's aim, improve their ability to react, and help their ability to learn both in and out of the school environment. Teamwork: a skill that is certainly beneficial for a person of any age to develop. The more your child can learn to work with others, the more they will accomplish for themselves.
Control: Exercising control is also very important in our society today. We train our children to control their eyes, control their minds and control their bodies. This will result in less fidgeting in school and encourage better study habits. Fitness: We teach our students that you must be healthy in mind, heart and body. They learn the 3 things they must do to their bodies to maintain good health; rest it well, feed it well and exercise it well.
Balance: This skill is best developed at an early age. Your child is beginning to participate in may physical activities such as riding a bicycle, skating, team sports, etc. A good sense of balance not only words toward fewer injuries, but also good posture. Discipline: We use Little Ninja drills to encourage the fact that using discipline has its rewards. Good homework habits help you get better grades. Ample rest each night make one more alert at school the next day. Etc...
Memory: Can your child recite their phone number and address? Do they remember the emergency number 911? Will they remember what to do in case of an emergency? Even at this young age, memory is vital. Our drills help children to develop good memory while teaching them the information above in a fun an positive environment. Coordination: The skill is as important in warding off injuries as is balance. If one is better coordinated, you will walk more confidently, and not be embarrassed to volunteer for different activities. Using our Little Ninja drills, we help to develop better coordination and thus, confidence.
